The Modular range consists of demountabel rooms that can be used in the most varied of applications, where regulating temperature, degree of humidity and atmosphere is required. For example, to conserve food as well as for dry rooms, ripening rooms,culture rooms and heated rooms, spaces with controlled atmosphere, telecom shelters, spraying cabins, and much more. Thanks to the hygienic finishing, the Modular rooms are also used as clean rooms in the pharmaceutical sector and related sectors. The panels can even be fitted with anti-burglary equipment and electrical heating mats.
 

Modulaire

As the name suggests, our Modular rooms are built up in modules. The inner dimensions of width, length and height are always a multiple of 300 mm, the width and length being unlimited. The ceiling can be made self-supporting or with suspension by way of IPE beams. For larger widths, a direct suspension can be built onto the topstructure. This range offers maximum possibilities for building combinations with separating walls by using PVC corner profiles. The modular system is simplified evenfurther thanks to the use of two-way, three-way or even four-way PVC connections.The sandwich panels, equipped with foamed-in eccentric hook fasteners and tongue-and-groove assembly, guarantee perfect sealing, a thermal cold bridge-free finishing and quick assembly without any special tools. Our Modular rooms can easily be disas-sembled and moved thanks to this mechanical system.
 

The right choice

The extensive range of Modular demountabel cold rooms or freezer rooms offers the right space to keep your goods. The sandwich panels offer maximum insulation thanks to their environmentally friendly CFC-free and HCFC-free polyurethane foam.

Both sides of the sandwich panels have a standard finish of white lacquered steel plating. They can also be supplied in stainless steel or with high pressure resistant finishing upon request. The Modular rooms are available without a floor or with a prefab antiskid floor on PVC ventilation profiles. The top layer of the floor panels can be adapted according to the required load.
